Handmade greeting cards featuring original designs painted by me!

During lockdown I was lucky enough to be able to explore my love of art and had the time to experiment with painting with oils. I have never been to art school – but always thought ‘maybe in another life...’
It was wonderful to have the time to indulge myself studying images on the internet and watching endless YouTube tutorials in which so many generous hearted artists share their knowledge and talents. It was both humbling and inspiring for me!
I am now back at work as a dance teacher, so time to paint is limited, but I didn’t want to put away my pictures just yet, so:
I have individually printed from my efforts onto fabric and then, from home,  hand-made them into these greeting cards.
They are A6 size – approx. 10.5cm x 14.8cm, using recycled card and envelopes.
There will be slight variations with each card, and they have the shabby chic feel to them – I always like to embrace life’s little imperfections!
